Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education.
• Three years of relevant field-operations experience preferred.
• Pumper and gas-lift experience.
• Experience with ESP and plunger-lift operations.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline and field production operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety and operations-management tools.
• Knowledge of emergency-preparedness procedures.
• Computer proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside locally within the Southeast Midland area.

Responsibilities

• Operate wells and production equipment per established procedures to meet daily plans.
• Monitor wells and equipment to identify corrective or optimization actions.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, health, environmental compliance and security standards.
• Attend daily toolbox and safety meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance per corrective, predictive, and preventive plans.
• Record operational events and deviations; report incidents per guidelines.
• Provide shift-change information for operational continuity.
• Record samples for laboratory analysis and perform field tests.
