Job summary

The Bergaila Companies is seeking a Field Operator II in Lenorah, TX. The role involves operating wells and equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting daily operational plans with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintenance support, safety meetings, and accurate shift handoff notes to ensure continuous operations. DOE applies; compensation is hourly with comprehensive benefits through the assignment.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education and prior work as a Field Technician.
• Strong communications skills (oral and written) and safety-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of pipeline operations, gas lift, and artificial lift.
• Familiarity with safety/operations management tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and wells following operating and safety procedures to meet daily plan.
• Implement daily work objectives, housekeeping, safety, health, environmental and security.
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety meetings.
• Identify and implement corrective actions by monitoring wells and equipment.
• Function as Equipment Care Technician; perform routine maintenance activities.
• Report alarms, emergencies, or shutdown systems out of service; maintain logs.
