Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of workforce coordination, scheduling, or field operations experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with workforce systems or trackers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assignment and deployment of internal and leased labor.
• Communicate jobsite assignments and onboarding statuses to field leadership.
• Maintain the Workforce Tracker and verify readiness 48 hours prior to deployment.
• Ensure project agreements are completed and submitted to Payroll before start.
