Qualifications

• 2–4 years in workforce coordination, scheduling, or field operations (construction preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with workforce systems or trackers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assignment and deployment of internal and leased labor.
• Communicate jobsite assignments and onboarding statuses to field leadership.
• Maintain the Workforce Tracker and verify onboarding readiness 48 hours prior to deployment.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and other teams to ensure hiring steps are completed.
• Provide strong customer service support to internal teams and job site leadership.
