Job summary

Nox Group seeks a Field Operations Coordinator to support daily field operations and ensure accurate workforce data. This role serves as a central liaison among Field Operations leadership, HR, Payroll, Workforce Development, and Talent Acquisition to hire, train, and retain craft employees.

The position focuses on maintaining workforce records, supporting timekeeping, coordinating transfers, and providing real-time data to leadership to keep projects running smoothly and compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience with workforce data or coordination in a construction environment is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels.
• High attention to detail is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on daily field reports to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Track workforce attendance, including absences and no-shows.
• Identify trends in absenteeism and coordinate actions with leadership.
• Compile and distribute daily site headcount reports for leadership.
• Support and track employee performance evaluations.
• Maintain project logistics information and leadership updates.
• Coordinate employee transfers between jobsites and onboarding.
