USA Renovations is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support project execution in the field by ensuring jobs are prepared, crews are equipped, and issues are resolved quickly. This high-responsibility, fast-paced role requires problem-solving, responsiveness, and the ability to operate under pressure, including nights and weekends.

The position focuses on field readiness, equipment logistics, and real-time issue resolution to keep crews productive and projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or a related environment.
• Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues (required).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Field Readiness & Coordination: Confirm jobsite readiness prior to crew arrival (access, contacts, conditions).
• Materials, Equipment & Logistics: Arrange delivery or transport of materials and equipment; verify equipment is functional; coordinate last-mile logistics; respond to field issues in real time; troubleshoot access/material/equipment problems; escalate when necessary.
• Execution Monitoring: Confirm crews arrive and begin work as scheduled; track delays; communicate issues to internal team; support project execution with clear communication.
