Job summary

LG Electronics North America seeks a seasoned Technical and Operational Liaison based in Dublin, OH to coordinate between LGEUS PRI Organization and PRI's customer sites. You will manage information flow, handle sensitive documentation, and support field service with testing and knowledge transfer.

This role requires a bachelor degree with 5+ years in automation or technical support, bilingual English and Korean, strong communication, and hands-on ability to resolve complex field issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automation/engineering or technical field with 5+ years of experience in technical support or site management.
• Fluent English and Korean; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and provide concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison between LGEUS PRI Organization and PRI's customer sites.
• Manage information flow and knowledge transfer sessions for PRI's customer companies.
• Provide expert product support and training to field teams.
• Coordinate factory visits and field service activities to resolve issues.
