Job summary
LG Electronics in Dublin, OH seeks a Technical and Operational Liaison to bridge LGEUS PRI Organization with PRI's customer companies and HQ. You will manage escalated service cases, protect proprietary information, and facilitate knowledge transfer and training.
Responsibilities include factory visits, field site support, testing and documentation, and ongoing process improvement across internal and external channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5+ years in automation, technical support, or site management.
- Fluent English and Korean communication abilities are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to read and interpret technical materials.
- Experience reading/editing technical drawings/prints and producing documentation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical liaison between LGEUS PRI Organization and PRI's customer companies.
- Manage information flow and knowledge transfer sessions for customer companies.
- Oversee testing, verification, and documentation of LG PRI equipment and controls.
- Coordinate factory visits and field support, including preventive maintenance coordination.
- Provide expert product support, mentor field technicians, and develop aftermarket processes.
