Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction administration or field operations support.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning and resource management with Operations leadership.
• Lead and develop the Field Operations administrative team.
• Oversee field operations administrative processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as liaison to General/Senior Superintendents for workforce-related initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity in Penta and other planning tools.
