ColonialWebb is seeking a Construction Field Operations Administration Team Leader in Richmond, VA. You will oversee the Field Operations administrative team and partner with Operations leadership to manage staffing, workflows, and data integrity across planning systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in construction administration or field operations support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction software like Penta or Procore.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning and resource management with Operations leadership.
• Supervise and develop the Field Operations administrative team; recruit, onboard, train, and coach.
• Oversee field operations administrative processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as liaison to General/Senior Superintendents for workforce-related processes.
• Monitor data integrity in Penta and resource planning tools to support reporting.
