Job summary

The Columbus Organization is seeking a Team Leader to guide and manage the operations of their assigned team across Indiana. The role drives strategic direction, administrative oversight, and coordination of service delivery, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

Travel to Henry and Wayne counties is required with remote work when not on client visits. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring contract deliverables, budget planning, and developing annual work plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of two years of care coordination experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must reside in the assigned territory; travel required.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate assigned staff with regular supervision and reviews.
• Oversee timely state contract deliverables and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, reimbursements, and resource allocation for programs.
• Develop annual work plans and strategic initiatives with leadership.
• Build partnerships with providers and community organizations.
• Represent the organization at conferences and stakeholder meetings.
