The role requires strategic direction, administrative oversight, and collaboration with external providers and agencies.

The position involves leadership responsibilities, budget awareness, and ensuring quality assurance while maintaining relationships with families and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in care coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid state driver's license, automobile insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must reside in the assigned territory; travel may be required.
• Georgia: degree and experience details; Indiana: degree preferred and two years experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate assigned staff.
• Conduct monthly supervision and annual performance reviews.
• Support staff in goal setting and professional development.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Ensure timely completion of state contract deliverables.
• Monitor staff compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct team meetings and site visits to support service delivery.
• Provide coverage during staff transitions or absences.
• Oversee workflow and assess staff performance.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of mandated reporting.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Review reimbursements and travel requests.
• Collaborate on program evaluations and quality assurance.
• Develop annual work plans aligned with goals.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and priorities.
• Analyze team performance and implement corrective actions.
