Job summary

The Columbus Organization is seeking a Team Leader to guide and manage the operations of an assigned team supporting Kentucky-based services. The role includes strategic direction, staff oversight, program implementation, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities cover planning, staff evaluation, and coordination with providers to ensure timely, quality outcomes. Occasional evening/weekend work and travel are required to support communities served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or four years relevant experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in care coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid state driver's license, automobile insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must reside in the assigned territory and travel regularly.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate assigned staff; conduct monthly supervision and annual performance reviews.
• Support staff in goal setting and professional development; assist in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and review reimbursements and travel requests.
• Coordinate program evaluations and quality assurance with leadership; ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborate with provider agencies to ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
