DICK'S Sporting Goods in Minnesota is seeking a Team Captain of On Field Operations to lead execution on the sales floor, coach teammates, and deliver a consistent, athlete-first shopping experience. You’ll ensure strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete engagement in all customer-facing areas.

This role requires coaching and developing staff, building effective schedules, and communicating goals across departments while aligning with budgets and financial targets to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong focus on athlete experience and store merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution across the sales floor with strong merchandising and pricing.
• Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver an athlete-first shopping experience.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities.
• Establish schedules and staffing plans to meet athlete traffic and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and loss prevention standards.
• Communicate goals to direct reports and adjust workload for efficiency.
