Job summary

Holy Dippers is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Route Service Drivers and Flaggers, coordinating daily field operations for wastewater disposal, water hauling, and sanitation services at the RPL Meta Site in Holly Ridge, LA. The role requires ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery on a large-scale construction project.

The ideal candidate will manage employee performance, schedules, and plan dispatches while maintaining documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in transportation, sanitation, waste management, logistics, construction support services, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage employee performance, schedules, and operational priorities.
• Proficiency with routing, dispatching, and operational planning.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Route Service Drivers and Flaggers at the RPL Meta Site.
• Coordinate daily service schedules, routes, and staffing.
• Monitor wastewater removal, sanitation servicing, water delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA, DOT, environmental and project requirements.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and coaching sessions.
• Maintain staffing levels, attendance, and participate in hiring/training.
• Plan and dispatch service routes while responding to changing site demands.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and coordinate fleet maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and service interruptions.
• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with project management personnel, contractors, and Holy Dippers leadership.
• Participate in rotating weekend work and on-call schedule.
• Report directly to the Director of Operations.
