Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute training programs such as safety training, specialty training, and on-going training of established programs.
• Supervise Janitorial Inc.'s Quality Service Leads, Floor Technicians, Floaters and Janitors.
• Execute quality assurance programs such as completing monthly site inspections, auditing activities and reports, auditing inventory and placing orders, etc.
