You’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in a job well done and understands that great service starts with great people. You’re organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing the big picture with the day-to-day details that keep a property running smoothly.
You know how to lead by example—whether that means training and supporting your team, jumping in when a shift needs coverage, performing quality inspections, or helping with the work yourself when needed. You’re comfortable communicating with employees, managers, clients, tenants, and vendors, and you handle those interactions with professionalism and a positive attitude.
You’re also someone who notices the details. You understand the importance of maintaining quality standards, keeping supplies and equipment in order, managing schedules and overtime, and making sure safety procedures are followed.
