You will manage payroll, staffing levels, and KPI dashboards, drive retention, and collaborate with regional trainers to uphold safety and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Valid US driver's license for at least 3 years and a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a local field operations team focused on quality and service.
• Monitor labor utilization and balance with production to optimize efficiency.
• Manage payroll for Service Professionals and Lead Service Professionals.
• Ensure safe and efficient delivery of services and meet KPI standards.
• Drive customer and employee retention and revenue growth for the team.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Regional Trainer on field standards.
• Remain compliant with state and federal laws and obtain required licenses.
• Set goals with Lead Service Professionals and review performance dashboards.
