Pulpmill Services, Inc. is seeking a supervisor for its specialty fabrication business. The role manages day‑to‑day production, plans and coordinates employees and jobs, and ensures on-time delivery with quality. You will set workflow priorities and collaborate across departments to optimize production.
Ideal candidates have strong experience in supervision and fabrication/welding, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and train team members in a fabrication environment.
Pulpmill Services, Inc. (PSI) primary business is the manufacturing, installation, maintenance and repair of high alloy rotary vacuum equipment, diversifying into industrial general construction including concrete, structural steel, piping and mechanical projects. PSI has full-service high alloy fabrication and machine shops utilizing advanced CNC machines, water jet and plasma tables and large horizontal and vertical milling machines.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day production of Pulpmill Services' specialty fabrication business to include supervising, planning and coordination of employees and jobs.
This position requires the employee to perform a wide variety of duties including, but not limited to the following key functions:
Fitters, welders, helpers and fabricators
Fabrication Shop
Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling materials
