Thalle Construction Co., Inc. in Palm Beach County, Florida, seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support the operations team on landfill and heavy civil projects, reporting to the General Superintendent.

This role involves coordinating labor and equipment resources while promoting safety, quality, and production goals. The position requires the ability to read technical drawings, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with Project Managers and Field Superintendents to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Self-starter capable of improving operations processes.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Superintendent in planning and executing landfill construction and other heavy civil work.
• Coordinate and supervise labor and equipment resources, promoting safety and production goals.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of labor, means, and methods guidance.
• Collaborate with General Superintendent and other managers to coordinate equipment arrival and utilization.
• Perform QC inspections to ensure work quality and contract compliance.
