Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the General Superintendent and operations team from our Palm Beach County, Florida region.

The role requires coordinating labor, equipment, and safety initiatives while interacting with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. The candidate will work closely with Project Managers and Field Superintendents to plan and execute landfills and heavy civil construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible civil construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating field operations.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and supervise subcontractor work as delegated by the Superintendent.
• Monitor pace and quality of work.
• Coordinate means and methods with Equipment Division managers.
• Ensure safety compliance with the Corporate Safety Department.
• Perform QC inspections to ensure quality against contracts and documents.
• Guide labor staffing and equipment requests with Project Managers and Field Superintendents.
