Job summary

• Interfaces with clients and management to ensure project success.
• Manages project-related vendors and resources.
• Reviews and reconciles all job-related documentation.
• Performs physical functions per job requirements.
• Completes background checks and position-specific screenings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew.
• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• Inspect equipment and work area before and during jobs; ensure readiness.
• Complete all paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.
