Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking an EMS Operations Supervisor to oversee field teams, gather incident information, and coordinate resource deployment in disaster scenarios. The role requires available Saturday shifts and direct patient care support as needed under company protocols.

The supervisor will guide EMS crews, assist with sign-in/out of controlled substances, and work with HR on employee development and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in EMS field operations and supervision.
• Experience as a training officer or instructor in EMS.
• Experience as SSC or EMD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather information on accidents/major incidents and report to management.
• Coordinate EMS operations during disasters.
• Document customer issues and coordinate resolutions for service excellence.
• Assist field personnel in locating resources after critical incidents.
• Schedule crews and ensure unit readiness at shift start.
• Supervise daily field operations and generate management reports.
