Job summary

Block by Block is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee our Ambassador Team and ensure high-quality service at Downtown Business Improvement District sites. The role supports efforts to make communities friendlier, cleaner and safer, boosting visitor numbers and local revenue.

Salary range is $65,000.00–$70,000.00 per year, with a requirement for schedule flexibility and active site operations management. A valid NY driver's license is required.

• Oversee Ambassador Team operations and performance.
• Coordinate community Ambassador programs to improve downtown areas.
• Ensure site operations with flexible scheduling and cover shifts as needed.

Block by Block is seeking to hire an Operations Supervisor to provide oversight of our Ambassador Team.

Our Ambassador programs make communities and Downtown Business Improvement Districts much friendlier, cleaner, and safer. This, in turn, increases the number of visitors, businesses, and residents, which ultimately increases revenue and livability.

Salary Range: $65,000.00-$70,000.00/yearly
