Job summary

VeoRide, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a hands-on Operations role to support daily market activities and field deployments. You will assist with labor, warehouse organization, asset counting, vehicle inspections, and responsive customer service in a fast-paced micromobility setting.

Expect 60-80% field work and 20-40% administrative tasks, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and SOP follow-ups. Eligible to work in the United States and ready to contribute to a growing operations team.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude.
• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and be on your feet for the entirety of a shift.
• Knowledge of the local geography and street layout.
• Clear, effective communication.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day responsibilities in the market.
• 60-80% of your time will be hands-on, manual work including direct labor and warehouse organization.
• Hand-count assets and compliance audits; perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Respond to on-demand and in-field customer service requests; redistribute scooters.
• Identify, document and recover scooters needing in-shop repair; ad-hoc field tasks as required.
• 20-40% of time on administrative work: hiring, training, scheduling staff; productivity tracking; SOP follow-up; assist with projects.
