Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking a Field Operations Specialist for roofing and solar projects in New Jersey. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $24 per hour plus monthly performance bonuses, with company benefits and room for growth in a fast-moving field operations team.

You will travel within New Jersey to advance projects, secure final payments, coordinate permits, and remove blockers to keep jobs moving to installation.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to get results.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling throughout New Jersey.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Availability to work approximately 8 AM-5 PM, with flexibility during peak business periods.
• Comfortable with a performance-based incentive structure.

Responsibilities

• Close Out Projects: Visit homeowners to follow up on outstanding balances and help secure final payments.
• Remove Roadblocks: Obtain missing signatures, photos, and documentation needed to move projects toward installation.
• Coordinate Permits: Work with local municipalities to submit permits and resolve outstanding requirements.
• Complete Post-Install Tasks: Gather missing documentation and photos to help finalize completed solar projects.
• Partner With Teams: Work closely with Sales and Operations to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Deliver Great Customer Service: Represent Trinity Total Home professionally during every homeowner interaction.
• Track Your Results: Document field visits, updates, and completed tasks in Salesforce and company systems.

As a Field Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in keeping our roofing and solar projects moving forward. From securing final signatures and resolving project delays to coordinating permits and collecting outstanding payments, you'll be the person who gets

projects across the finish line!

This is a newly created position with high visibility, performance-based earning opportunities, and room to grow as our roofing business expands.

How the Bonus Works: Your 2% run earnings must first cover your hourly rate before additional monthly bonus payments begin. Once that threshold is met, eligible completed runs generate monthly bonus payments under the company's incentive plan.
