Trinity Total Home is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to drive roofing and solar projects across New Jersey. You will secure final signatures, resolve delays, coordinate permits, and collect payments to move projects toward installation.

This newly created role offers performance-based pay, company laptop and tools, full benefits, and clear opportunities for growth within a expanding roofing and solar business.

Responsibilities

• Close out projects by following up on outstanding balances and securing final payments.
• Remove roadblocks by obtaining missing signatures, photos, and docs.
• Coordinate permits with municipalities and resolve requirements.
• Complete post-install tasks and gather required documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to keep projects on track.
• Deliver professional customer service during homeowner interactions.
• Document field visits and task status in Salesforce and systems.

As a Field Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in keeping our roofing and solar projects moving forward. From securing final signatures and resolving project delays to coordinating permits and collecting outstanding payments, you'll be the person who gets

projects across the finish line!

This is a newly created position with high visibility, performance-based earning opportunities, and room to grow as our roofing business expands.

• $24/hour PLUS monthly performance bonuses!
• Performance-based earning potential: Earn 2% of the value of completed, eligible field runs, subject to the bonus threshold described below.

How the Bonus Works: Your 2% run earnings must first cover your hourly rate before additional monthly bonus payments begin. Once that threshold is met, eligible completed runs generate monthly bonus payments under the company's incentive plan.

What You'll Do

Keep Projects Moving. Solve Problems. Deliver Results.

• Close Out Projects: Visit homeowners to follow up on outstanding balances and help secure final payments.
• Remove Roadblocks: Obtain missing signatures, photos, and documentation needed to move projects toward installation.
• Coordinate Permits: Work with local municipalities to submit permits and resolve outstanding requirements.
• Complete Post-Install Tasks: Gather missing documentation and photos to help finalize completed solar projects.
• Partner With Teams: Work closely with Sales and Operations to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Deliver Great Customer Service: Represent Trinity Total Home professionally during every homeowner interaction.
• Track Your Results: Document field visits, updates, and completed tasks in Salesforce and company systems.

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to get results.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling throughout New Jersey.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Availability to work approximately 8 AM-5 PM, with flexibility during peak business periods.
• Comfortable with a performance-based incentive structure.

Experience That Gives You an Edge:

• Roofing, solar, construction, home improvement, or field operations.
• Project coordination, permitting, customer follow-up, or collections.
• Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, or similar business systems.
• Familiarity with New Jersey municipalities and permitting processes.
