Job summary

Pronto is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to own scheduling and logistics across customer sites, serving as the central point of coordination for operators, field technicians, and site visits. You will build schedules, arrange travel, and ensure staffing aligns with shifting priorities.

This role is based in our San Francisco office and requires onsite work five days a week. The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $95,000 per year, with equity opportunities and a close

Qualifications

• 2+ years in scheduling, dispatch, project, or travel coordination.
• Exceptional organization and prioritization under fast-paced pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication with proactive problem-solving.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, travel booking platforms, and expense systems.
• Experience supporting field service or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and manage master schedules and site visits for operators and field technicians.
• Respond quickly to last-minute scheduling changes and flag conflicts to leadership.
• Book end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, lodging, ground transport) within policy.
• Prepare and track expense reports, reconciling expenses against project budgets.
• Serve as liaison for field staff and project stakeholders, communicating updates clearly.
