Qualifications

• 1–2 years in construction coordination, logistics, or dispatching.
• Experience with 811 ticketing is a major plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatches for directional drilling, excavation, and utility locating teams.
• Communicate route changes and project updates to field crews in real-time.
• Optimize crew schedules to maximize daily productivity and minimize travel downtime.
• Assist with 811 tickets, permits, and field documentation.
