• Bachelor’s Degree in construction with 4+ years’ experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project; experience with ProCore.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GC Superintendent with all field operations.
• Support scheduling updates and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with onsite trades and subcontractors.
• Facilitate daily/weekly coordination meetings and produce minutes.
• Review drawings, specifications, and addenda for design issues.
• Promote safety programs and enforce CCC safety policies.
