Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3+ years field management in commercial construction preferred.
• Proven ability to read/interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Superintendent in daily field operations.
• Coordinate with trades and inspectors to adhere to project schedules.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, and progress plans for site tracking.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings; enforce safety policies.
• Mentor assistant superintendents and contribute to on-site leadership.
