Qualifications

• 0-4+ years of industry experience on industrial and commercial projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project and ProCore.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, RFIs and contract documents.
• Assist in developing on-site procedures and project schedules.
• Support project leadership to maintain safety and morale on-site.
• Ensure permits, licenses and safety programs are reviewed and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all field operations and safety reporting.
• Update and manage the project schedule.
• Coordinate on-site trades and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and specifications; monitor addenda.
• Support Project Manager in schedule development and on-site procedures.
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings; document minutes.
• Verify subcontractor insurance, safety programs and permits.
