Qualifications

College degree or equivalent required.
5+ years of related work experience in meter reading, billing, credit and collection procedures.
Thorough understanding of PUC and Electric and Gas rate requirements.
Minimum of 3 years leadership / supervisory experience with labor agreement negotiations preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for bargaining and non-bargaining employees.
Manage large territories with extensive travel and oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Negotiate with union representatives and resolve grievances up to arbitration.
Ensure compliance with policies and coordinate Revenue Cycle processes and performance metrics.
