Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking an Analytics Supervisor to lead department financial management and advanced analytics for a designated business area. The role drives data-driven decisions using predictive models and visualization, coordinating across functions to deliver actionable insights and reliable data for stakeholders.

The position emphasizes coaching and direction for the team, collaboration with Customer Care and Business Systems, and ongoing improvement of data integrity and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
• 4 years of people leadership experience.
• 7+ years of related functional experience.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels.
• Strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience deploying system or equipment changes.
• Time management, technical aptitude, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data analytics and data exploration procedures across the department.
• Manage contractors, invoicing, and data deliverables in SAP and other systems.
• Lead deployment of statistical and predictive models and data visualization solutions.
• Provide budget and forecast data within corporate guidelines.
