Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Milwaukee is seeking a Service Technician to support field operations in a fast-paced emergency restoration environment. You will join a team that values respect, integrity, and customer focus, while delivering professional service and clear communication.

Responsibilities include driving company vehicles, coordinating with customers, completing paperwork, and performing water, mold, fire, and carpet restoration tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be on-call as part of a 24-hour emergency service team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor essential.
• Computer literacy with Outlook and MS Office; willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles with trailers.
• Read maps and understand directions.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and paperwork.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure timely service delivery.
• Perform restoration tasks (water, mold, smoke & fire) and related services as needed.
