Job summary

Rainbow Restoration Milwaukee is seeking a Field Operations Manager/Service Technician to support day-to-day field operations, drive a strong service culture, and coordinate with customers and your team to deliver quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include driving company vehicles, reading maps, scheduling services, ensuring timely delivery, and performing water restoration, mold remediation, trauma scene cleaning, carpet cleaning, and related construction tasks.

Qualifications

• We are a 24-hour emergency service company; on-call availability is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Professional appearance and teamwork are important.
• Tech literacy with phone/tablet devices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and read maps and directions.
• Coordinate with customers about scope of work and paperwork.
• Establish and maintain schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
• Meet deadlines and learn/perform restoration tasks.
• Perform water restoration, mold remediation, trauma scene cleaning, carpet & upholstery cleaning.
• Lead remediation, board-up and tarp over services, and basic restoration projects.
