Power Dry in Columbus, OH is seeking an Operations Field Manager to supervise a mitigation team responding to water and mold damage. You will manage operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and maintain strong customer relations on active projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of management in construction/restoration, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to read plans and supervise field crews. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience in construction, restoration, or related industry.
• Hands-on construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, job costing, and resource management.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on leadership when needed.
• Direct crews in the field and ensure proper construction and mitigation methods are followed.
• Develop and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues quickly, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to coordinate staffing, equipment, and project resources.
