Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Field Manager in Centennial, CO to oversee Service Technicians delivering pest control services to recurring customers. You will build, train, and coach a high-performing field team focused on service quality, safety, and customer experience.

You will monitor routes, run performance reports, and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards, while supporting the sales team through field insights and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols.
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.
• Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
