Job summary

Elite Service Solutions is seeking a driven Field Operations Manager to lead our janitorial teams across Pinellas County, FL. This hands-on role balances frontline leadership with strategic oversight to ensure top-tier service delivery and client satisfaction.

You will supervise multiple client sites, coordinate crews, monitor safety compliance, and drive continuous improvements in quality and efficiency while developing a motivated workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in janitorial or facilities management operations.
• Proven supervisory experience leading field teams.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and equipment.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial and commercial cleaning crews across client sites.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Recruit, train, and develop field staff.
• Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and labor deployment.
• Serve as main client contact and address concerns.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and chemical usage.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Report KPIs and client feedback to management.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
