Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services is seeking an Area Manager in Texas to lead field operations and drive on-site installation quality. You will partner with builders and installers to ensure timely delivery of excellent work, monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and uphold Wisenbaker standards.

You will build relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews, verify completion, communicate updates, and resolve installation challenges while minimizing back charges.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations and ability to manage on-site challenges.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail for coordinating with builders and crews.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitating, walking, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating updates of installations.
• Verifying job completion in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Communicating with internal and external customers, as well as installers to ensure solid planning and resolution of installation processes.
• Minimizing discounts and resolving customer back charges.
