Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitate, walk through, troubleshoot, resolve, and provide installation updates.
• Verify job completion in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and installers to plan and resolve installation processes.
• Minimize discounts and resolve customer back charges.
