Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitating installation processes and resolving issues.
• Verifying job completion in a timely manner.
• Communicating updates of installations to customers and installers.
• Minimizing discounts and resolving customer back charges.
