• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitate, walk, troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate updates of installations.
• Verify job completion in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Communicate with internal and external customers, as well as installers to ensure solid planning and resolution of installation processes.
• Minimize discounts and resolving customer back charges.
