Via is seeking a Field Operations Manager in the Tacoma area to lead our on-site Transit-as-a-Service operations. This role is fully in-person, five days a week, in collaboration with drivers, city partners, and central teams to ensure safe, reliable transportation.

Field Operations Manager on Via’s Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team, you’ll be responsible for managing operations using our innovative technology platform. You’ll manage daily operations while driving continuous improvement and growth of our services.
