Job summary

PHFM in Florida invites you to advance your career as a landscape maintenance supervisor. You will coordinate service levels across our geographic area, overseeing a portfolio of roughly 300 sites, and work directly with Contract Partners to ensure timely and quality service.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional commercial landscape maintenance experience.
• Hands-on landscape care, irrigation operation/repair, turf management, and fertilization techniques.
• Experience with landscape enhancement or installation projects is preferred.
• Two years’ experience hiring, leading, and managing landscape contractor personnel.
• Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.

• Coordinate service levels with customers and Contract Partners across ~300 sites.
• Manage Contract Partners for key locations with monthly inspections; ensure sites are seen regularly.
• Initiate contact with Contract Partners to explain Scope of Work and requirements.
• Hire/terminate Contract Partners as needed to correct service levels; Procurement links new business.
• Meet with Contract Partners and customers on site to ensure service levels and requests are met.
• Identify potential quality problems and recommend corrective/preventative actions.
• Measure sites and report inventories to the corporate office for proposals.

What YOU will do

• Responsible for coordinating the service levels at the sites in your geographic area with our customers and Contract Partners. You would have a portfolio of approximately 300 sites.
• Contract Partner and site responsibility for key or high maintenance locations and/or sites in your area including inspections each month with the goal of seeing all sites once per quarter. Quality Service Inspectors would also be in your market doing inspections so that all sites are seen once every 60 days.
• Initiate contact with our Contract Partners to ensure they understand our Scope of Work, business requirements and how the Exterior Services team operates.
• You would be responsible for hiring Contract Partners for relinking sites and help source Contract Partner’s locally if need be. You would have the autonomy to hire and terminate Contract Partner’s if needed to correct service levels for our customers. Our Procurement Team would be responsible for linking new business and organic growth in your area.
• Meet with Contract Partners and customers on site as needed to ensure that service levels and/or requests from customers are being met. This could be site, DM or Regional Level.
• Identify potential quality problems at customer sites and recommend corrective/preventative actions.
• Measure potential customer sites and report inventories to the corporate office as preparation for proposal submission.

• Minimum of two years of professional commercial landscape maintenance experience required, including hands‑on expertise in landscape care, horticulture practices, irrigation system operation and repair, turf management, and fertilization techniques.
• Experience in landscape enhancement or installation projects—such as plant selection, bed preparation, pruning, mulching, and seasonal color installation is strongly preferred.
• Snow management experience is required dependent upon geographic territory.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in hiring, leading, and managing landscape contractor personnel, including oversight of crews performing mowing, trimming, irrigation, seasonal services, and general grounds care.
• Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.
