Kings III Emergency Communications in Coppell, TX is seeking a Field Support Specialist to help manage fleet administration, inventory movement, and shipping logistics. You will collaborate across teams to resolve issues, maintain data accuracy, and support efficiency improvement.

You will handle fleet records, vehicle assignments, and activations, while coordinating with carriers and field teams. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience in fleet management, inventory control, field service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians, subcontractors, carriers, fleet providers, and internal departments regarding fleet, inventory, shipping, and cellular support activities.
• Coordinate issue resolution, provide status updates, and elevate unresolved operational issues when necessary.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements and recommend corrective actions.
• Support implementation of new systems, processes, and operational initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain driver, vehicle, and fleet records within fleet management systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
