Job summary

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove is seeking a Field Operations Specialist for an 18-month rotational development program based in Madison, WI. The role provides exposure to Customer Service, Quality, Reliability, Supply Chain and Regional Operations as you rotate through key functions.

Participants will work with cross-functional teams, support field deployment, and engage in data-driven decision making to improve service and product experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and travel up to 75% after deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to use data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program designed to develop future Field Operations Managers over 18 months.
• Gain exposure to Customer Service, Quality, Reliability, Supply Chain and Regional Operations.
• Participate in rate negotiations and field deployment activities.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to support in-home service network and partner engagement.
