Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership through internships, co-ops, campus orgs, athletics or prior work experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end processes, data, and material flows to identify opportunities that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams across plants, distribution centers, corporate functions, and business units to solve complex problems and drive alignment.
• Apply Lean, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methods to standardize processes, reduce waste, improve reliability, and strengthen operational performance.
• Develop technical and business acumen through project ownership, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and executive-level report outs.
• Build leadership capability through hands-on exposure to frontline operations, including team performance, daily management, and shop floor decision-making.
