Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove in the Madison area is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our distribution partners and field sales team. You will become an expert on products, manage orders, and ensure superior customer service through proactive communication.

This role offers growth in a global premium brand, with an emphasis on problem solving, teamwork, and integrity. Candidates with an associate degree and experience in B2B customer service are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or related (or equivalent).
• Business-to-business customer service experience.
• Experience with distribution channels and supporting field sales teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on products and systems to best serve the customers.
• Outbound and inbound calls.
• Developing weekly call strategies.
• Assisting field sales team with problem solving and order inquiries.
• Serve as our partners’ primary point of contact regarding orders.
• Creating relationships with customers and aiding them with order-related needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Share best practices with team members to enhance support quality and efficiency.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Autonomously make decisions and solve varying issues.
