Job summary

Driveline is seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day heavy projects program execution, training, and quality controls within an assigned area.

You will recruit, hire, and train Merchandisers and oversee Project Supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and client satisfaction across stores. This role demands strong leadership, hands-on field work, and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1–2 years of retail or field operations experience with retail and marketing experience or retail environment exposure.
• Firm understanding of retail merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all active client programs within area of responsibility.
• Oversee Project Supervisors and hourly staff for quality and standards.
• Manage team productivity, time management and project costs.
• Control travel, mileage, and overtime to meet budget guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and store management.
• Provide timely resolution of client issues within 24 hours.
• Recruit, hire, and train Project Supervisors and hourly staff.
• Ensure staff are trained on Driveline technology platforms and reporting requirements.
• Staff projects per scope and financial parameters.
• Oversee travel for assigned employees and manage temporary labor as needed.
• Work stores with Supervisors and hourly staff, including day and overnight shifts.
• Communicate via email and Driveline logs to document activities.
• Adhere to HR protocols and Code of Business Conduct.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
